Crime Boss: Rockay City is the Payday-inspired first-person shooter with a star studded cast with the likes of Michael Madson, Damien Poitier, Chuck Norris, Vanilla Ice and more.
It’s already released on PC, though we now know it’ll be launching on PS5 and other consoles on June 15, 2023, with our first look at console game footage shown off in a new trailer developer INGAME Studios and publisher 505 Games released on Tuesday.
We were also shown a roadmap for more content that’s set to come to Crime Boss: Rockay City, with both free updates and paid expansions planned through to Q2 2024.
Players will be able to jump into Crime Boss: Rockay City on PS5 in just a couple of weeks as of time of writing, but if you were hoping to grab a physical copy, you’ll have to wait until September 5, 2023.

Crime Boss: Rockay City was mostly panned by critics and users alike, with it currently sitting at a 52 on Metacritic. While technical issues were a problem, the general consensus fell into the category of Rockay City being wasted potential, a game that falls short of the ideas it brings to the table.
With this new roadmap announced, it’ll be interesting to see how far the new content can take it, and if the console versions launch with the same technical issues of the PC version.
