Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now launch on April 28, 2023 instead of its previously revealed March 16, 2023 date, developer Respawn has announced.
The studio released a statement via the official EA Star Wars Twitter account, providing an update on development in that the game is officially “content complete,” and that the team is now “focused entirely on the final stage: bug fixes to enhance performance, stability, polish, and most importantly, the player experience.”
During last year’s Game Awards, we got to see more of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor than we ever had before, including a March release date. This delay pushes the game back six weeks from that previously announced release date.
“In order for the team to hit the Respawn quality bar, provide the team the time they need, and achieve the level of polish our fans deserve, we have added six crucial weeks to our release schedule – Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will now launch globally on April 28th.”
