Specifically on paper, the Xbox Series X is more powerful than PlayStation 5. However, the reality hasn’t quite borne that supposed performance advantage out in real terms. - Battlefield 2042 (PS5 outperforms Xbox Series X with much more consistent frame rate)
- Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (In 120 FPS mode, the PS5 version sticks far closer to that target, with Xbox Series X dropping as many as ten frames more)
- Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 (PS5 version holds 120 FPS much more reliably than the Xbox Series X version)
- Call of the Sea (Improved resolution and framerate, better shadow quality and loading times)
- Control: Ultimate Edition (More stable frame rate in both graphics and performance modes)
- DiRT 5 (Better filtering and texture detail in Image Quality Mode. Much higher level of detail in 120 FPS Mode)
